Without it, we cannot afford to produce REAL VIDEO for our tours at the quality level that we do. I agree that the reduction in price that I receive from Hometakes for choosing a partner sponsor will not be available to me on future orders if I do not support the sponsor. The decision to revoke the option of a sponsored tour discount from my account will be at the sole discretion of Hometakes.
I agree that I am in breach of these terms if I do not use the sponsor within 4 months after my initial selection of them or if I indicate that I will not be using their services or return their call if they leave a message. At Hometakes Sole discretion, if I am found in breach these terms, Hometakes will credit back each tour that I have ever chosen them as a sponsor and my credit card will be charged $35 per tour. I understand that the 'Sponsorship Ad' will REMAIN on my tour(s) and also understand that if I want the sponsor message removed from a tour there will be a $25 re-edit fee per tour.

Reschedule your appointment with just a 1 hour notice instead of the standard 18 hours.
If you want to reschedule the appointment, you must notify us 18 hours prior to the appointment or you will incur a $30 cancelation/reschedule fee.
Checking the insurance check box allows you to cancel up to1 hour prior to the appointment.

Please note: There are certain camera limitations such as the camera
cannot shoot exterior images so that you can travel from the inside to
the exterior of the home. We do not shoot exterior 360 images nor add
a play button to the tour or the addition of Mattertags. We do not
photoshop any camera reflections from the tour (The tour is processed
by Matterport not at Hometakes). Some jagged edges may appear in the
3-D dollhouse and floor plan view and cannot be prevented. Windows
without shades or blinds may display as overexposed. If the home has
a separate guest house building that is detached from the main house
and you want to include it in your tour, there is a $50 addition
charge. This is necessary as it has to be made and processed as a
separate tour.. Chrome browser may not be fully supported when viewing
the tour.
You cannot allow the Photographer to be the only one moving around
inside the property during the 3D shoot. It is also essential that nothing
about the venue be changed during the shoot because this will interfere
with the 3D scanning process. For instance, moving a door just a little or
moving any items will cause the camera not to scan and correctly build
the 3D model properly in the post production process. The agent should
wait in one room until the photographer has completed the 3D process.
The seller or pets should not be in the property while the 3D shoot takes place.
Please note that the floor plans will only include areas that were shot with the Matterport Camera.
It will not include areas such as patios, pools or garages and any room that was not shot inside the home such as storage cupboards etc.
Floor plans are produced by Matterport and not Hometakes and as such, are non refundable.

Unlimited means that the photographer
will take however many photos needed
to capture all the rooms inside a property
and notable exterior features of the property
such as a pool, boat dock, horse stables etc.
The total photo count is at the photographers
discretion. ‘Unlimited Photos’ does not mean
carte blanche for the agent to direct the
photographer to shoot 3 angles of the same
room or a say a close up of bench in the
yard. Unlimited means that all rooms and
exterior features will be included in the shoot.
